Abstract

During this module new features of the phylogenetic tree editor TreeGraph 2 are developed. These mainly include:
  • Importing of ancestral character state probabilities from BayesTraits
  • Selection synchronization for interactive tree comparison
The added features play a central role for a current project investigating the influence of different automated and manual multiple sequence alignments (of non-coding sequences containing certain microstructural mutations) on phylogenetic inference.
